This deck is themed for one that seeks victory through destruction. The purpose of this deck is to play defense until you can use [[Roots of Yggdrasil]] to destroy the realm. Once the realm is destroyed you should have the proper minion ready to aggressively attack your opponent.

Using this deck, the player will draw as many atlas cards as possible trying to find [[Roots of Yggdrasil]] and at least 1 [[Bedrock]]. [[Land Surveyor]], [[Frontier Settlers]] and [[Crossroads]] assist with this. While using [[Seer]] for your avatar, scry cards every turn to move through your deck quicker seeking [[Roots of Yggdrasil] and a way to destroy it. [[Earthquake]] is best used while playing defense before you destroy the realm. It is an easy way to kill minions by submerging or burying them and possibly moving [[Roots of Yggdrasil]] and [[Sinkhole]] adjacent to each other. [[Pudge Butcher]] is also a good defense mechanism to hold back attackers.

To destroy [[Roots of Yggdrasil]], [[Sinkhole]] can be played at an adjacent void, or by playing [[Craterize]] on [[Roots of Yggdrasil]]. [[Lord of the Void]] can also be used to remove sites to position yourself for the devastating play. A possible combination is playing [[Grandmaster Wizard]] on [[The Geistwood]] so when the realm is destroyed, the death right ability triggers allowing the player to draw 3 cards again for each [[Grandmaster Wizard]] atop that site. [[Bedrock]] can not be destroyed. By playing those sites early in the game, it is a good way to increase mana and start summoning minions/casting spells while your opponent is starting over at zero mana.

It is important to play as many voidwalk minions as possible before you destroy the realm. The designated finisher is [[Ultimate Horror]] to summon them back near your opponents sites for a grim voidwalk army.

Other possible finisher combinations are by using [[Summoning Sphere]] or [[Magellan Globe]] to move [[Midland Army]] and other minions to your opponents site to deal final damage and death blows. [[Nimbus Jinn]] can be a powerful minion at the end of a game by using [[Summoning Sphere]] or [[Magellan Globe]] and discarding cards to increase its power.
