Primer out of date. This is currently a 40/20 singleton deck as 50/30 does not feel nice to Geomancer. I will likely explore more 40/20 builds (not singleton)

3.0 - 11/13/24

I am keeping roots package in the deck for now to see if it is still viable. Changed to earth/air and added a spirits & faerie theme. I've wanted to build a spirits + silence deck and thought it might be fun in earth instead of a more familiar water/air enchantress build.

Things I'm currently evaluating

Is Vivien good enough as just a value piece? I feel like apprentice wizards are in here to justify Vivien somewhat. If no Vivien, I would probably replace them with more cantrips (blink + fade)

Evil presence?

Sisters of silence is very fragile. If she is not good enough I will likely replace phantasmal shade with unicorn. I should probably have some unicorns in here currently but I want to see all of the spirits to evaluate them.

2.2 - 06/23/24

Had a long break, finally got time to play sorcery again.

Took inspiration from Ceej's Seer Roots list (Ragnarok) and updated the minions. Current thoughts:

Does Atlas Wanderer deserve a spot? It is such a strong effect but post roots it feels horrible!

Excited to test out Sand Worm as anti spider tech

Petrosian Cavalray seem like they have a role, initially I was too focused on statlines in this deck.

I want to find room for a single infiltrate

2.1 - 03/24/24

I have been burned by Giantess too many times. upped threat count and removed giantess. Took out deserts for a river of flame and a mirage. This makes us a tiny bit weaker to atlantean fate. considering cutting some common sense. going to wait and see before making that change.

Gilded Aegis - have had a few games testing. all games where I drew aegis with a threat were amazing! overperforming so far.

2.0 - 3/18/24

This deck has now realized the glory of YGGDRASIL!

Very happy with current configuration.

I go back and forth with last copy of Wildfire, land surveyor, and atlas wanderers. Atlas wanderers feels great before roots and horrible after. I wish I could find room for Mirage but the sites are strained enough as is.

Low desert count can make giantess awkward after roots

Want to try gilded aegis because of the interaction w/roots

Want to try rift valley as at least a 1 of for a post roots site

Not fully settled on common sense package

Debating moving sinkhole to sideboard for another mirage/gnome hollows/crossroads

Bull Demon has surprisingly over-performed
