Concept

The main combo of the deck involves the [[Roots of Yggdrasil]] and [[Sinkhole]] cards, which you would like to have in your hand in the first phase. With good timing of this blast, the deck aims to take over both the tempo and the board advantage at the same time. To achieve this, it will utilize [[Bedrock]]s that remain on the board after the blast.

How to play

Firstly, try to execute the main combo of the deck at the best possible time. When to unleash it: when your opponent has placed too many units on the board, is at a significant card disadvantage, has one or fewer sites in hand, and you have managed to play a Bedrock, or you can play out Cores after the blast, and gain an immediate unit advantage with cards like [[Highland Clansmen]] or [[Crave Golem]], which can be saved and timed for after the blast. After the blast, you should quickly box your opponent, forcing them to defend in tight spaces with limited mana. From there, multiple combos and options become available: one is building the [[The Immortal Throne

]], the other is simply keeping your opponent under control continuously with tempo and board advantage. To close the game, a [[Craterize]] or [[Lightning Bolt]] could be ideal.

Muligen

The mulligan strategy is aggressive: aside from [[Bedrock]], [[Sinkhole]], and [[Roots of Yggdrasil]], you should mulligan all other sites, as the [[Seer]] will help fix your threshold requirements later. Regarding spells, it's wise to plan which ones will protect you until the blast and which will allow you to outpace your opponent after the blast ([[cores]], [[Crave Golem]], [[Land Surveyor]]).

Be aware!

Primarily, you need to be cautious against fast aggro decks. Prepare for opponents who quickly deploy many units, possibly using [[Avatar of Earth]] or [[Battlemage]] for direct damage to conclude the match swiftly. I don’t have much experience in this area, so I recommend keeping an [[Earthquake]] and a [[Root Spider]] alongside your combo to slow down your opponent until the turning point.

Interesting Cards and interactions

[[Roots of Yggdrasil]] and [[Sinkhole]]: During the blast, your mana does not disappear, so you can presumably manage 4-5 mana in that round; you need to make good use of this, as it's not worth detonating if you can't. Additionally, if you haven't played a site in that round, you can still place a site after the blast to gain the necessary threshold. The blast does not remove [[Bedrock]], thus allowing you to gain a clear advantage in mana and positioning.
[[Candlemas Monks]] and [[Crave Golem]]: A combo that grants an extra turn, which can further increase our mana and positional advantage.
[[Assorted Animals]]: A simple mana sink that allows us to convert our mana advantage into a card advantage.
