A Battlemage deck with a low curve and lots of mobility to run circles around your enemies.

Goal of the deck is to hit 3 sites and then rush in with the battlemage.

Early game you want Wisps and Gnomes. These minions can rush in and start hitting for 1 (or more with Overpower and Trinket) but are also difficult to deal with in different situations. Gnomes are hard to deal with using removal. Wisps are hard to deal with using minions.

Then when you hit 3 sites use Mobility spells to rush in with the battle mage using pump spells and relics to supplement.

Sites like Primordial Springs or Vault of Zul are great early game to fill your hand with sites or spells for Roots matchups. An imperial road after a Vault can sometimes catch you up to site parity too.

Continue to use the Wisps, Gnomes, and Outrider to deal damage over multiple turns or trade up with some buff spells when needed. Disintegrate is useful for more pesky minions. Use the fire bolts as a solid finisher if needed.
