Hello fellow Sorcerers!

Introduction:

This was my first Sorcery deck and have been getting some decent reps with it lately. Fair warning this deck is one of the more expensive decks to make due to the sites needing the tri color lands. Not the greatest deck to be building on a budget and the sites are really needed in order to be competitive. I'm still very new to the game and trying to understand all the different kinds of interactions, so there is still room alterations to be made. Additionally, this build is based on the current local meta and what I find fun to play.

Objective:

The objective with the deck is to hit your threshold as soon as possible to be able to just keep casting Sir, Dame, or Knight (SDK) onto the battlefield. Some times this is easier said than done. If you don't have the threshold after the mulligan to play whatever you want then you really need to focus on getting more sites into your hand to play. Once you have the threshold you really don't need to draw anymore sites and can keep casting SDK almost every turn.

Mulligan:

The perfect hand has been consistently something of the following:

Spells:

Yellow Knight
P-Stone
Cast into Exile

Sites:

Tournament Grounds
Tri Color Land
Tri Color Land

If you can get tournament ground in your opening hand you are pretty much golden to play what ever SDK onto the battlefield. Tri color sites just help with your magic spells and anything that might not be a SDK. As for the spells, a mana reducer, a piece of interaction, and an SDK is great.

Local Meta:

My local meta consists of Seer, Battlemage, Harbinger, Druid, Waveshaper, and Persecutor. There are more but I just haven't seen them yet. Gothic has changed a lot of people's decks and or what they want to play. Also our group is anywhere from 4 - 8 people. A common theme between all the different decks is Pudge Butcher, or some kind of shapeshift mechanic. The good thing about my local meta is that people are heavily invested into Sorcery so the decks are sorta top notch when it comes to competitiveness.

Artifacts:

The current build consists of one amethyst core and one P-Stone. I've tried with all the cores and top decking a core late game doesn't feel really good, so I want to limit that.
The Amulet of Niniane is versatile due to also having bigger minions that I would want to protect from magic spells.
The Ring of Morrigan is on a hate / love relationship, its really good early game and might help you stabilize late game.
I'm still trying to figure out the best ratio of Silver Bullet's to Toolbox's. They are really great late game but I don't want to be flooded on them. Also with having a limited site playability it can be hard to cast the artifact and try to play something from the collection.
The Crown of the Victor is a newer addition. I haven't gotten to draw the card with a minion that has defeated another minion yet, so this card is still on the chopping block of whether or not I like it.
The Goswhit Helmet is a great card at any point of the game and helps keep your defenses up if you have multiple minions to use it on if one was to perish.
The Iron Shackles is a newer addition, and haven't gotten to play it yet. My thoughts behind it are trying to slow down the opponent when they play a bigger minion. Most of the time after an opponent plays a big minion they have no follow up for a turn or two. If I can disable their minion and keep playing SDK's then I'll be in a good spot. Additionally, the deck does struggle later game once more and more bigger minion's start to come out.
The Round Table is a great card and keep your hand filled with Sir Tom Thumb. If the opponent doesn't deal with the card then can just run away with the game.

Minions:

The Blue, Purple, Verdant, and Yellow Knights are great game starters to get on the battlefield with a Tournament Grounds. If I can play one of these minions turn two then the deck is off to a great start. Also the lance is great for destroying the opponents early game as well.
The Highland Princess hasn't shown up yet for me but the number of artifacts that cost one or less is getting smaller now that I am not running all the cores. I think if I cut one more artifact that she can get, I will remove her from the deck.
Lady Iseult is really good early game but is so weak to removal. I have not mastered her positioning to keep her safe but also impactful. If I keep having no luck with keeping her on the battlefield and protecting her I could see her getting removed.
Dame Britomart is the only Dame in the game currently. She is really good but not early game. I need things in my graveyard to make her impactful. I would consider her a game changer if not dealt with.
All the Sir's in the deck were chosen because I thought they were the best out of all the Sir's in Arthurian Legends (AL). Sir Pellas is on the chopping block because of the availability of water sites. He's really great against water opponents or not really great for anything else. I might switch him to the Green Knight from Beta. Everything else is good so far. I have not been keeping an eye on the ratio of SDK's to the overall deck size yet. Initial opinion, I think I could use one or two more to keep it consistent. I'm more leaning on the Blue, Purple, Verdant and Yellow knights to bring in more of.

Magic:

Valor is great when I'm able to use it but there are times where it is a dead card in my hand for the whole game. If you have it in your hand, keep that in mind with how you play your minions on the battlefield.
Cast into Exile is great to keeping the bigger minions off the battlefield.
Disenchant, I've thought about only having one main board but I think the deck needs two just in case to deal with a great start from an opponent. A core or stone will really give the opponent a great starting advantage. Additionally, the new monuments from Gothic are also really important to deal with.
Recall, I like this card if my positioning with the avatar needs an immediate aid. I've also used this card to help with ending a game.
Feast for Crows is only good if you know the available cards in Sorcery and what cards really hurt your deck. I would probably remove this if I was playing in a big tournament because who knows what people are running and there is only one game. If you know the opponent and what the meta is going to be, then keep it in. If it is late into the year and the meta has stalled out then maybe keep it in.
Grapple Shot, I love this card for help clearing the board and for board positioning.
King's Council, I've had two of this card in the deck and with the meta having a lot of removal, I don't think two is great. If you can get this late game then great. Sometimes you can have a lot of uniques on the board other times none. Is a three cost spell worth drawing one or two cards?
Vanishment is a newer addition to help with late game and keeping my units safe from being removed.
Apply Alkahest is a newer addition to help with removal and slowing the opponent down. We have four colors why not use that to our advantage?
Infiltrate, I love this card. Have not had an issue with this card. Take someone's minion, keep it in a relative good position for interacting when you need it and that's it. Everyone wants to play big idiots, why not let them and take them. Also like I said earlier, there is a good chance for a grace period after an opponent plays a big minion they don't have anything else to do for a turn or two.

Sites:

Basically, play as many sites as you can to get the most threshold as you can. The Tri color sites and the Tournament Grounds are the most important sites. I would really like to fit Camelot into this deck and might take out a Valley of Delight for it. Reminder that the Tri color lands are expensive and to get them while you can. They will only keep going up in price.

Collection:

I'm still trying to figure out what I want in the collection for this deck. Obviously, it has to be some ratio to Toolbox's and Silver Bullet's in the deck to Ordinary and Exceptional in the collection. Right now my intentions on the collection is cards that will help me at any point in the game. Also keeping the collection to one element might be important in order to help with the sentence before this one. Will write a better section describing each card when I have more play time with this newer mechanic.

Helpful Tips:

Keep your minions spread out. Don't give your opponent a chance to wipe all your minions out with one spell. There is a lot of removal right now and spreading everyone out is your best bet. Additionally, keeping other minions close by will help with defending.
Don't stack multiple aura's and artifacts on a given site. Spread it out as well. Try to keep your Round Table separate from your avatar that is holding anything.
A Round Table on top of a Tournament Grounds in the back row can be really good for positioning and keeping the site safe from removal.
Having your Tournament Grounds up front is a more aggressive position verses in the back. Keep that in mind based on what you are playing against.
Mulligan hard for your Tournament Grounds, it is the single site that turns this deck on and makes it hard for the opponent to keep up with.
