Using Necromancers advantage constantly have bodies to scarify. Main targets for sacrifice effects are Bleeding Skull. Skeletons get killed multiple ways (Giant shark for free, Gnarled Wendigo, Manuscript). Plague of Frogs + Shark or Snowball + Bleeding Skull is also a combo. Chains is there to slow the game down, the shark would tap but still be a threat.

Second strategy is to use waters minion abilities for infiltrating enemy sites early to summon “bad artifacts” to their side of the board (Devils egg, seeds, Thumbscrews). Magic to support the plans above plus some removal

Finisher is Swap, snow ball.

Site package is built to slow down or move minions to trigger shark or get them out of the way.
