Objective

The goal is to get as many strikes on the enemy avatar as possible to trigger Interrogator’s ability. This will be done by luring or trapping the enemy avatar, ambushing the avatar on their own sites, and going wide with expendable minions to maximize strikes.

Lure

This deck has several ways to lure the enemy avatar (or problematic enemy minions) towards attackers: Riptide, Meat Hook, Led Astray, Coy Nixies, Nelly, and Darkest Dungeon. (Use Crossroads to dig for Darkest Dungeon).

Ambush

Minions that can cross the top/bottom of the realm to ambush the avatar: Ruler of Thuul, Aino, Polar Explorers, Polar Bears.

Sewer Rats and Lugbog Cat can both be cast to enemy sites to get to a guarded avatar. Pied Piper and Monstermorphosis may be able to turn enemy minions into our own. Swap can also create an ambush.

Strike Triggers

Frogs: Going wide with many units means more triggers. Went heavy on cards that make frogs because they still trigger Interrogator’s ability when they strike for 0 damage. Frogs + The Rack is also a good synergy. They die when they strike the avatar and so will drop the Rack for the next frog to pick up.

Lord of Lies can get extra strikes against the avatar once we have a unit on their site. Giant Shark can also get a free strike on the avatar if they are lured/pulled in by our abilities.

Kiss of Judas is good for obvious reasons.
