This Mono-Water [[Magician]] list takes a lot of inspiration from the famed @goodluckbad [[Spellslinger]] list.

The deck wants to get threats out fast using [[Mix Aqua]] and [[Four Waters of Paradise]]. After that, new threats can be deployed every turn to keep up the pressure. Nothing crazy going on here.

The [[Magician]] provides a few things for this strategy over the [[Spellslinger]]. It allows us to dig for an early [[Mix Aqua]] or [[Four Waters of Paradise]] harder than any other Avatar, and the rivers do a great job at sifting through spells and sites as the game goes on. We also get to trim all of the fat that would otherwise be in a 60/30 list, making the quality of every card drawn that much better.

I'm still working on obtaining all the cards, but this is the list I hope to build and test.
