This is almost certainly going to be a very bad deck in play but I wanted to try and make something semi-viable that used 4 copies of each gift and the collection was as much a "bag of gifts" as possible.

Persecutor seemed like the obvious choice here, he knows who has been bad. The inclusion of all the horses and deer and the reindeer. Stagecoach is clearly the sleigh. I picked out fae that were closest to elves. Land deed is the naughty list. Dank Omphalos is the North Pole.
