Two events played. Was 10-1 until I lost both of games #7 and #8 in the swiss rounds of the main event. Better luck next year!

Was planning on playing my earth build in the main event but after doing so well on Friday I ended up playing my mono air list for the main event. I beat 3 water necros in swiss on day #1. The main way this deck counters water builds is by using phyxis and sinkhole. Then aggro'ing them out. The idea is to be as sticky as possible w/ voidwalk, airborne and stealth. The Hounds of Ondaros are all-stars. Having airborne and whirling blades is so crucial for removal.

The main removal of the deck is to play the sites strategically and hopefully pull a bottomless pit, the void, or manor. If I don't get one of those sites in my starting hand I hard mulligan all 3 sites. Relying on this removal strategy works when it works. Its problematic when it doesn't work. Dan, who made top cut with AoA ended up splashing fire so he could have poison nova for removal. Great idea.
