CORE STRATEGY: Barricade yourself through sites and auras for a calm build up, then defeat your opponent with airborne and ranged attacks.

INITIAL SETUP/DRAW: Your hand should ideally contain one or two multi-colour sites along with a blocking site. Alternate both kinds during setup, with the blocking ones being opponent-facing. Low cost minions or Walls can help blocking opponent further in the beginning.

SUPPORT (SPELLS): Wall of Fire supports your sites in blocking the opponent, Seasoned Sellsword is also primarily a defensive unit to be used nearby your Avatar. Necessary card draw during the build up or later is supported by Apprentice Wizard, Wayfaring Pilgrim, Queen of Midland or Riddle Sphinx. Death Dealer, Grim Reaper, Spear Of Destiny or Iron Shackles can control the game by getting rid of difficult enemies, Panorama Manticore can too while benefiting from Airborne. The ranged heavy hitters/finishers are Craterize, Meteor Shower, and Incinerate which can also be cast by your dragons (Colicky Dragonettes, East-West Dragon, Ancient Dragon) as they (and all other airborne units) progressively start attacking the opponent from midgame on. Roaming Monster is a flexible attacking/defending unit.

SUPPORT (SITES): The most versatile blocking sites are Bottomless Pit but Gnome Hollows, Great Wall, Mountain Pass and Free City are great too depending on opponent. The rest of the sites provide threshold. Mirror Realm helps to duplicate any nearby site that is deemed most useful.
