This is my attempt at an Earth "stax" style deck, locking the game down and winning with some direct damage or grind. But it can pivot a few ways.

Gameplan

Go [[Pathfinder]] early and generate sites while you play lockdown stax pieces to gum up the board.

Pivot into [[Archimago]] (with good spells in cemetery, like [[Craterize]] or [[Divine Healing]]) or [[Witch]] (-2 repeatedly) to win the game.

Go [[Ironclad]] if you get the [[Golden Harp]] or [[Goswhit Helmet]].

The remaining Avatars are situationally good.

[[Enchantress]] can be used to animate opposing auras and destroy them.
[[Sorcerer]] is great late game when you need raw draw to grind the win out.
[[Geomancer]] can be a Pathfinder alternative and a recovery after [[Roots of Yggdrasil]].
[[Seer]] can be effective in digging for our Roots package.
[[Avatar of Earth]] can be a huge surprise damage source, even if you only attack once or twice before the mask is removed.

We are also running a [[Roots of Yggdrasil]] package with [[Bedrock]], [[Sinkhole]], [[Crossroads]], all of which can be fetched out with [[Pathfinder]] potentially. We are fine blowing up the board and replenishing our sites relatively easily with [[Geomancer]].

[[Assorted Animals]] helps us get [[White Hart]] or [[Root Spider]] for lockdown, or [[Gargantula]] for removal.

Most of your minions and artifacts are prison/stax pieces, with a lot of disabling and silencing effects. Our sites are also very defensive. We aim to win via our Avatar abilities.
