If the witches don't drown, they surely must burn - that's the (unfortunately historically accurate) theme for this Persecutor.

Before getting into the deck itself, I need to shout out to the giants whose shoulders I stand on - @grish, @ryutras, @franekstein, and @paladin_of_io all built awesome Persecutor lists before I did, and I relied heavily on their deck lists and expertise to help me create this one. You guys rock!
