Basic play: mulligan to your cheapest stuff and jump down their throat with wraparound or voidwalk. Keep your foot down with Blight/Bells and beefier backup. If they give in and actually let you draw you're in great shape.

Use the water site defenses and mobility minions to counter other aggro or counterattacks. You're most likely to lose if they stay healthy(12+) through T6 because you can run out of gas.

Some rare but exciting plays:

Plague the backline into Ruler/Explorers for seven 0-strikes.

Changeling their home Skeleton, or your Infiltrated minion.

Blightstone onto Orm Infestor (works underground).

Originally built as Air/Water, it migrated to mono water for defense and T2 consistency, despite the awesome air options. Definitely some upgrade options out there if you have the Uniques.
