This prison deck uses Chains of Prometheus and disabling/immobilizing effects to slow the game down. The eggs and healing effects allow you to stabilize and assemble Orb of Ba'al Berith + Craterize to deal 17 and hopefully put the enemy at death's door, followed by tutoring for a lightning bolt to end the game on the following turn. Earthquake/bury/cave-in being able to bury eggs/monuments as well as serving as removal is fantastic.

Seer + Common Sense allows us to put expensive/temporarily useless cards on the bottom (such as Orb of Ba'al Berith) without worrying about never seeing them for the rest of the game, due to the shuffling effect of Common Sense.

This deck does not attack well and minions need to be strategically placed to drag the game out as long as possible. Keep in mind apprentice wizard and grandmaster wizard genesis abilities will tap your creatures down if there is a Chains in play, so typically play these at the end of your turn and make sure you have enough disabling effects to keep your minions safe. Certain utility lands such as Gnome Hollows, Cloud City, and Dome of Osiros can help protect your minions or delay the game further.

Chains is pretty terrible against Battlemage so in that matchup, you will generally scry/mull it away.
